CompuTax 2015 update v 15.*.5.0  released.

Income-Tax

• ITR-5 released  (both Physical & XML generation)
  (ITR-6 & ITR-7 will be released soon)
• More Validations & Warning messages Incorporated

• ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT THE USER CANNOT MODIFY THE XML FROM OUTSIDE AFTER GENERATION, AS DONE IN THE EARLIER YEARS. IF DONE, THEN DEPARTMENT WILL TREAT IT AS AN INVALID FILE WHILE UPLOADING.

IMPORTANT NOTE :

• HUF - Date of Incorporation is compulsory now
  (S/w  will print the Date as "01/01/0001" if kept Blank in Client Master)

• Calculation/xml Generation/Report Queries should be always sent along with Single File Backup, else will not be attended. 

• Before Migrating the DATA, make sure that the AYr.2014-15 is updated to version 14.*.9.8
• New AY.2015-16 is Installed.
  
  Once Migration is completed successfully, Login to the s/w as 'Admin' & please send 'License Request' from 'ADMIN' menu with all correct details. 

• CUBIC SYSTEMS will send back the valid License file ‘License_*-Ay2015-16.clc’  on the eMail Id given, after receiving the request. Kindly Note that the extension of the New license file mailed from our side will be ‘.clc’

• -ve figure issue of Business Loss while generating XML, fixed   (reported on Saturday)

CompuTax 2015 update v 15.*.3.2  released.

Income-Tax

• HUF - Date of Incorporation is compulsory now for HUF.
  (S/w modified to print as "01/01/0001" if kept Blank in Client Master.)
• Capital Gains Quarter wise Totals modified as per Dept Java utility s/w.
  (Java s/w  is adjusting Losses of various Qrts from 1st Qrtr onwards. We updated the s/w in the similar way, else an ERROR occurs at the time of uploading.  Eg: Q1=1000, Q2=2000, Q3=(-250). Now the s/w will print Qrtr-wise totals as Q1=750, Q2=2000 & Q3=0)

• ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT THE USER CANNOT MODIFY THE XML FROM OUTSIDE AFTER GENERATION, AS DONE IN THE EARLIER YEARS. IF DONE, THEN DEPARTMENT WILL TREAT IT AS AN INVALID FILE WHILE UPLOADING.

  (Dept. s/w is Rounding off the Refund Amount to the nearest 10 in Part B-TTI. We have also incorporated the same thing in the s/w now, as per the feedback)

CompuTax 2015 update v 15.*.3.0  released.

Income-Tax

• TDS-3 Entries (ON SALE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY U/S 194IA" [FOR SELLER OF PROPERTY])
  (XML schema defines PAN for Schedule TDS-3 in the structure by the Dept, but ITR-1, 2A and 4S takes TAN and NOT PAN in the Schedule TDS-Others structure. HENCE XML GENERATED WILL HAVE ERRORS AND WILL NOT BE UPLOADED. So the software is changed accordingly and will now select ITR-2, if any TDS-3 entries are Found. For this you will have to see the Statement of Income once again before generating ITRs.)
