CompuTax 2015-16 released & 2014-15 :: v 9.0 updation

Procedure to Install AY. 2015-16 : 

•  Double click on “Cubic Systems Apps” icon on the Desktop.
• Click First on “Start” button & then on the “Installer” button
• If connected to INTERNET,
  Click on “Check Web for Updates” under “CompuTax Apps” and proceed further by clicking on 'CompuTax 2015-16' Assessment year from the list.
  
  
• If NOT connected to INTERNET,
  1. First you will have to get the required file from ‘www.cubicsys.in’ in the following way :
•  Logon to www.cubicsys.in
•  Go to the “Download” page
•  Click on “Click here to download other packages”
•  Click on 'CompuTax 2015-16' & Download it on your PC.

2. Click on “Install from File” under “CompuTax Apps” and proceed further by selecting the downloaded File & click on “Open”.

For Installing Personal Edition (ie. SINGLE version)

• Click on “CompuTax 2015-16 Personal Edition” on the right side & then click on the “Install” button.  Once the Status shows “Install successful” click on the “Close” button.  Finally close the “Cubic Systems Installer” window.
  
  
  For Installing Professional Edition (ie. LAN version)
  
  
• Click on “CompuTax 2015-16 Professional Edition” on the right side
• For Server - Click on “CompuTax 2015-16 Professional - Server & Client” and then click on the “Install” button.  
• For Client - Click on “CompuTax 2015-16 Professional - Client” and then click on the “Install” button
• Once the Status shows “Install successful” click on the “Close” button.  Finally close the “Cubic Systems Installer” window.
  
  N O T E : 
• After Installation, User can find a Help File for 2015-16 in the Menu, please read it carefully, Phone calls will not be entertained for the points given in the Help File.
• Also all NEW staffs are kindly requested to READ the  'Help File for 2015-16' before using the s/w.
• ITR Forms, currently is as per 2014-15 format, and will be updated once the New Form is available.
• ITR XML generation is NOT available now, will be released once it is ready from Department's side.
  
  ----------->> MIGRATE DATA from AY.2014-15 to AY.2015-16
  
  Procedure to MIGRATE DATA from AY.2014-15 to AY.2015-16 :
  
  IMPORTANT NOTE :
• Before Migrating the DATA, make sure that the AYr.2014-15 is updated to version 14.*.9.0 
• New AY.2015-16 is Installed.
  
  For users of the Personal Edition

1. Start the Migration Program
       a. Double click on “Cubic Systems Apps” icon on the Desktop. 
       b. Click 'Start' --> ‘CompuTax 2014-15' --> '2014-15 Personal’
           (Minimize window; there is no need to login)
       c. Click 'Start' --> ‘CompuTax 2015-16' --> '2015-16 Personal’
           (Minimize window; there is no need to login)
       d. Go to the 2015 Personal Folder: "CsITax\I2015-Pers"
       e. Double click the file: "CompuTax.2015.Migration.exe"  (Application file)
             
2. Perform the Migration
    Select appropriate options, and click on "Migrate" button.

For users of the Professional Edition (LAN version)

1. Start the Migration Program
       a. Double click on “Cubic Systems Apps” icon on the Desktop.
       b. Click 'Start' --> ‘CompuTax 2015-16' --> '2015-16 Server’

      c. Goto ‘Advanced’ Tab page

      d. Click on 'Migrate ALL from Previous Year'

2. Perform the Migration
    Select appropriate options, and click on "Migrate" button.
 

Once Migration is completed successfully, Login the s/w as 'Admin' & please send License Request from 'ADMIN' menu with all correct details. 

• CUBIC SYSTEMS will send back the valid License file ‘License_*-Ay2015-16.clc’  on the eMail Id given, after receiving the request. Kindly Note that the extension of the New license file mailed from our side will be ‘.clc’
  
  

IMPORTANT  NOTE : 

This Year Unabsorbed Loss module has migrated the figure as it is from 2014-15 without adjusting the Set-off Loss figure. USERS ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO CORRECT THE FIGURE MANUALLY in the ‘Unabsorbed Losses’ Data Entry Annexure.

PLEASE READ HELP FILE (2015-16 Help), especially NEW USERS, given in "Cubic Systems Apps --> CompuTax 2015-16" for almost every Queries.
